1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Animove AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Animove AI is an AI-powered video and image generation platform that provides:

  • Character animation and replacement with holistic replication
  • AI-powered video generation from text prompts and images
  • AI-powered image generation from text prompts and images
  • Professional video and image editing and enhancement

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

4. Plans & Credits

We offer both subscription plans and credit packages. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring (monthly or yearly) basis and include a set allowance of credits each billing period, along with access to premium features. Credit packages are one-time purchases that add extra credits to your account and can be used alongside any subscription. For current plan details and pricing, please visit our pricing page.

5. Billing & Payment

5.1 Subscription Recurring Billing Authorization

By subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize Animove AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel per Section 6.

5.2 Credit Purchase Authorization

Each credit purchase is a one-time transaction authorized at checkout.

5.3 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5.4 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through authorized providers
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information
  • Failed payments may result in service interruption

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing support@animove.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits purchased separately are not cancelled and remain subject to their validity period.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Subscription Refunds

  • 7-day guarantee for first-time subscribers: Full refund if usage has not exceeded 50% of plan quota.
  • Duplicate charge or service failure (≥72 hrs): Eligible for refund or credit.

7.2 Credits Refunds

  • Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: Eligible for full refund.
  • Used credits are non-refundable.

7.3 Subscription Plan Credits — Rollover Policy

Credits included in a subscription plan expire at the end of each billing period and do not carry over to the next period.

7.4 Credits After Subscription Cancellation

Separately purchased credits retain their original validity period regardless of subscription status.

7.5 Credit Consumption Order

When both subscription plan credits and separately purchased credits are available, subscription plan credits are consumed first.

8. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is also subject to our AIGC Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.1 Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to create, generate, or process any content that:

  • Contains pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content: Any material that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or intended for adult entertainment purposes is strictly forbidden
  • Involves or depicts minors in illegal content: Any content featuring, depicting, or involving individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) in any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate manner is absolutely prohibited.
  • Contains violent, hateful, or extremist content: Any material that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, hatred, discrimination, or terrorism against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
  • Uses real, identifiable individuals without consent: You may not use the Service to create, modify, or generate content featuring real, identifiable persons without their explicit written consent. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Using images or videos of real people as source material
    • Creating deepfakes or manipulated content of real individuals
    • Generating content that could reasonably identify a real person

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

8.2 General Prohibitions

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Interfere with the proper working of the service
  • Copy or distribute content without permission

8.3 Fair Usage and Account Integrity

  • The service is intended for individual creative use. Automated, scripted, or bulk access (including scraping, crawling, or use of bots) is prohibited
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service or its outputs without our prior written consent
  • Free credits (including sign-up credits, promotional credits, and any other complimentary allowances) are granted only once per user. Each individual is permitted to maintain a single account
  • Creating, operating, or controlling multiple accounts — including through the use of different email addresses, phone numbers, devices, IP addresses, or identities — for the purpose of obtaining additional free credits, artificially inflating usage, or otherwise circumventing limits, promotions, or referral systems is strictly prohibited
  • We employ automated and manual methods (including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioral signals) to detect duplicate, abusive, or fraudulent accounts
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to throttle, limit, suspend, or terminate access; to refuse, adjust, or reclaim free credits; to forfeit purchased credits and generated outputs; and to deny refunds where usage is excessive, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

  • All content, features, and functionality are owned by Animove AI
  • Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission

9.2 User Content

  • You retain rights to content you submit
  • You grant us license to use submitted content for service improvement
  • We may remove any content at our discretion

10. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days following cancellation, then deleted.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 Service Availability

  • We strive for 24/7 availability but don't guarantee it
  • We may modify or discontinue features without notice
  • Service may be interrupted for maintenance

11.2 Accuracy

  • While we strive for quality, we don't guarantee perfect results
  • Edited videos may vary in style and accuracy depending on source material
  • The service is for creative and professional video editing purposes

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
  • Some jurisdictions may not allow liability limitations

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Animove AI from any claims resulting from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another

14. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these terms at any time
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes

15. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend access without prior notice
  • All provisions of the Terms survive termination
  • We are not liable to you or any third party for termination

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration
  • Arbitration will be conducted in China
  • Small claims court is an alternative for eligible disputes

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
